About us

Our plant is situated in the centre of metallurgical production in Russia, in the town of Nizhniy Taigil.

In 1998 production consisted of a small amount of workshops only where some articles were produced. They were steel front guards and sills for Russian automobiles

In 2002 a first plasma machine for steel plates automatic cut and a first CNC bending machine was purchased which got running the production of engine crankcase for Russian automobiles

In 2003 a first new 160 ton press was purchased and a new pressing section was organized. It helped to press long-run engine crankcases and reduced production costs. So our product began to enjoy wide popularity.

At the same time with the market growth of vehicles of foreign manufacturers the range of released product became wider and by 2006 production volume was more than 10 thousand items a month and the range was more than 100 modifications.

In 2008 the technological conveyor production cycle was completely organized. It consists of raw material warehouse terminal with a railway siding, a cutting shop, a pressing shop, a painting shop which has a highly productive automatic powder painting line, assembly department and finished product warehouse.

In 2009 the plant passed quality management certification based on ISO 9001 standards.

Our challenging target for 2009 is to become the leading automobile engine crankcase guard manufacturer on the Russian market.
